A short story of 2 boys who rescue and care for a lost puppy and the love that results. This story was written for my children, and has been passed down to grandchildren and great-grandchildren. I hope you enjoy it.

A mommy dog named Silver and her puppy Goldie get separated, but are eventually reunited with the help of a shopkeeper.

Sandy won’t eat her food and feels tired and hungry until Dr. Mike gives her a “Rainbow Diet,” where she eats foods of every color each day and slowly starts to feel better and have fun again.
