Lia, a 7-year-old girl, feels bored and frustrated during the coronavirus lockdown. Her mom takes her to the market, where Lia learns about safety measures and comes up with a plan to make people smile by giving them masks with smiles on them.

Lia, a little girl in quarantine, befriends Blob, a blue monster only she can see. They explore her house together and become special friends.
