A purple car drives down a road in the middle of nowhere. Young Piper Rae sits next to her big sister Madison Rae. Piper, who was only 6 years old, sat in her carseat and tapped her sister on the head. 

Maddie when will we be there?

    "Maddie when will we get to the camping site?" Piper asked. The Rae family was going on their monthly camping trip on this warm day in June. 

    “We will be there in just a few minutes, after we drive along this dirt road. Piper you will really like this place, it has a big hill made of sand for you to play and sled on. I brought your sand toys, and Maddie you will like this spot because it has a lagoon so you can go swimming and go fishing.” Mr. Rae told his kids. 

Now Piper and Maddie, you can go explore while your father and I get everything out of the car. Then you will set up your tents and set your sleeping bags and suitcases in them, understood?

Piper found the big sand hill her father had told her about, it wasn't as tall as he had described but to little Piper it seemed like it was 20 feet tall.

Madison found the lagoon her father had told her about and found orange and green and yellow fish, deciding that she couldn't wait to go swimming in it. Each of the girls heard their mother call for them and ran back to camp.

Madison showed Piper how to set up the tent and once they finished they put their sleeping bags out, each getting one side of the tent. Maddie, who was unorganized like her father, just set her suitcase down at the end of her blue sleeping bag and she threw her water bottle and lamp onto her sleeping bag. 

    Piper, who was very organized, even at six years old, put her suitcase neatly beside her red sleeping bag and put her water and lamp next to the suitcase. Then she got one of the extra blankets, deciding that green would match the tent most, and spread it on the floor like a rug. She looked around the tent, satisfied with what she had done.
