Hi! Im Karina Roberts! I am 12 years old and in 6th grade. I go to Brewer Middle School. I am on the Dolphins Swim Team. My friend at swim is a girl named Gabriella, but everybody just calls her Gabi. Right now it is 7:00 AM and I am getting ready for school. 

I don't have many friends at school. I looked in my closet and chose an olive green shirt with some regular jeans. I went into my bathroom and brushed out my hair. I put it in a messy ponytail and walked out. I got some sandals and decided that was enough. I told my dad i was going to school then left. I walk to school since its just around the block. I sighed on my way to school. My friends and I fell apart. We all used to be best friends in a group together, but now were either mad at each other or at different schools. My friend Stella changed schools. My friend Carter moved and changed schools, and then he moved to North Carolina. And my friend Harper just hates me, said there was too much drama. I miss her but she doesn't so i deal with it. 

Anyway I will be moving schools soon too. I will be going to Meyers Middle School. My friend Carter went there but not no more. I sighed. I have swim today at 5:00. I ride my bike there with Gabi. I walked into the school and instantly saw Harper. I gave a small smile but she scowled. 

I sighed and walked into the classroom. Later at recess im reading by the rock wall and Harper comes to me. ¨Stop trying to be friends. When I was friends with you there was drama, drama, drama! So we will not be friends again so just stop trying. Even if your the only friend left here im not being friends with you.¨ Harper said.

I glared and said, ¨Well then I hope your good at making friends, because im not the only one left. Im leaving for Meyers Middle School in August. Plus, being friends with a deadly snake would be more fun than being friends with you.¨ 

¨Well I am good at making friends. Plus you will be in a school full of new people, Im still here with people we have known since we were all 5!¨

¨Lucky you Harper. You can go now.¨
