Once upon a time, there was a completely white Rubik’s Cube that lived on a dusty shelf in a library. It felt different from the other Rubik’s Cubes it had met, as those were filled with vibrant colors, while it was just white—clean and simple. But our white cube had a big dream: to travel around the world and collect colors from children in every corner of the globe, becoming unique and full of stories.

       One morning, as the sun shone through the window, a ray of light woke it up and gave it courage. “Today, I will begin my adventure!” said the cube to itself, leaping from the shelf with a magical twist.

              A fost odată ca niciodată un cub Rubik complet alb, care trăia pe un raft prăfuit a unei biblioteci. Se simțea diferit față de ceilelalte cuburi Rubik pe care le întâlnise, deoarece acelea erau pline de culori vibrante, în timp ce el era doar alb – curat și simplu. Dar cubul nostru alb avea un vis mare: să călătorească prin lume și să adune culori de la copii din fiecare colț al globului, devenind astfel unic și plin de poveste. 

               Într-o dimineață, când soarele strălucea prin fereastră, o rază de lumină l-a trezit și i-a dat curaj. „Astăzi îmi voi începe aventura!” își spuse cubul, sărind cu o răsucire magică din sertar.

Il cubo, saltò dallo scaffale, e si accorse che il raggio di luce del sole lo aveva colorato da un lato di giallo, ed era finito nelle mani di una bambina, che lo girava e rigirava, e disse a se stesso:" questa è la mia occasione"! Forse posso diventare un trapezista o un acrobata!" così posso girare il mondo, e tutti mi potranno conoscere.

...e con un balzo da acrobata, il cubo finì sul naso a carota di un pupazzo di neve. Fù così che gli si colorò un'altra faccia di arancione dandogli il potere di un coltivatore. Seminò così tante carote per il mondo con l'aiuto del pupazzo di neve.

The wind blew through the open window, and the cube felt itself fall straight onto the soft carpet! The girl laughed and picked it up again.

– "You're so interesting!" – she said, turning it over once more.

The cube noticed that one of its sides was now green. "Great! I'm changing! That means I can become anything I want!" – it thought.

It decided that it had to learn to jump even higher so that one day it could travel the world like a real acrobat!

Vėjas papūtė pro atvirą langą, ir kubas pajuto, kad nukrito tiesiai ant minkšto kilimo! Mergaitė nusijuokė ir pakėlė jį vėl.

– Koks tu įdomus! – tarė ji, vėl jį vartydama.

Kubas pastebėjo, kad viena jo pusė dabar žalia. „Puiku! Aš keičiuosi! Tai reiškia, kad galiu tapti kuo tik noriu!“ – pagalvojo jis.

Jis nusprendė, kad turi išmokti šokinėti dar aukščiau, kad vieną dieną galėtų keliauti po pasaulį kaip tikras akrobatas!

Έτσι όπως γύριζε το κοριτσάκι τον κύβο στα χεράκια της, ξαφνικά εκείνος γλίστρησε και έφυγε από το παράθυρο. Κάνοντας πολλές κωλοτούμπες κύλισε και έφτασε στην άκρη μιας λίμνης. Εκεί έπαιζε ένα αγοράκι που μόλις τον είδε τον σήκωσε με περιέργεια και χαμογελώντας είπε: τι όμορφος κύβος!

As the little girl was turning the cube in her tiny hands, it suddenly slipped and flew out of the window. Tumbling many times, it rolled and reached the edge of a lake. There, a little boy was playing, and as soon as he saw it, he picked it up with curiosity and smiled, saying, "What a beautiful cube!"

Băiețelul foarte curios din fire, privi cubul pe toate părțile. Deodată se oglindi în apă și cubul părea de culoare albastră. Strălucea oare de la apă sau să fie albastru de la cerul de deasupra lor? Privi cerul și se minună de formele norilor care pluteau în voie, duși de vânt, de colo colo. 

-Mi-ar plăcea și mie să fiu asemeni norilor, să mă plimb în voie peste tot. VreaU să mă admire și pe mine toți copii care se joacă afară, își imaginează că seamăn cu vreun pește sau elefant sau...

Ce creativi și ingenioși sunt toți copii!

The little boy, very curious by nature, looked at the cube from all sides. Suddenly the cube was reflected in the water and it  appeared blue. Was it shining from the water or was it blue from the sky above them? He looked at the sky and marveled at the shapes of the clouds that floated freely, carried by the wind, here and there.

-I would also like to be like the clouds, to fly freely everywhere. I want to be admired by all the children playing outside, imagining I look like some fish or elephant or.....

How creative and ingenious all children are!

The children took the cube with them to their school. There the cube discovered that there are many wonderful colours by looking at the children's drawings. "Ah, how beautiful that color is! "I want some of it too," he said. Then the children painted one side of him red and said "Now you have red on you too!".

Τα παιδιά πήραν τον κύβο μαζί τους στο σχολείο τους. Εκεί ο κύβος ανακάλυψε πως υπάρχουν πολλά υπέροχα χρώματα βλέποντας τις ζωγραφιές των παιδιών. "Α! τι όμορφο που είναι αυτό το χρώμα! "θέλω κι εγώ λίγο από αυτό" είπε. Τότε τα παιδιά του ζωγράφισαν τη μία πλευρά του κόκκινη και του είπαν "Τώρα έχεις κι εσύ κόκκινο χρώμα  πάνω σου!"

Just as the boy was admiring the cube, the red shirt worn by the child caught its attention. 

"Red!", the Rubik's cube thought, its gaze lingering on the piece of cloth.

In an instant, it jumped and touched the shirt, one of its sides copying the colour. 

Seeing that another side changed, the cube became very happy.

"This colour is gorgeous!", it said, smiling widely.

With another acrobat-like hop, it left the little boy's hands. So our Rubik's cube continued its journey, ready to gain more colours.

In timp ce baiatul admira cubul, camasa rosie purtata de copil i-a atras atentia.

"Rosu!", a gandit Cubul Rubik, privirea zabovindu-i pe bucata de panza.

Intr-o secunda, a sarit si a atins camasa, una dintre fetele lui copiind culoarea.

Vazand ca o alta latura s-a schimbat, cubul a fst foarte fericit.

"Aceasta culoare este superba!", a spus cubul,zambind larg.

Cu inca un salt de acrobat a parasit mainile micutului baiat. Astfel Cubul nostru Rubik si-a continuat calatoria, pregatit sa capete mai multe culori.

The world was very big, and the cube never got tired of rolling through mountains and valleys, eventually reaching the Western Plain of Romania. In the courtyard of Kindergarten No. 3, the children were planting flower bulbs.

"My dear friends," said the cube, "I am searching for colors for my little squares. What colors will your flowers have?"
"All of spring will be in our flowers!" the children replied. "But for you, we can gift the Green from the grass and the leaves of spring."

Overjoyed, the cube put on its green coat and rolled away on its journey.
