To everyone who has to read "Call of the Wild" by Jack London and needs perspectives.

Sophia- Buck and perspective
Abbey- Humans and last page

Perspective can change the way you look at something, whether it's the way you think or look at something. If you look at something for upside down it will change your perspective, just like if you hear another side of the story, it will change your thought on the topic. Everyone has a different perspective of everything. Buck's side vs. human's side of the story, it will change your thoughts on what really happened.

Dear Diary,
Today started as my average, everyday life, in 1897 playing with Judge Miller’s boys, walking with the girls, but then it took a sudden turn when Manuel and I went on a walk to the train station. Manuel met with a man that he sold me off to that had a rope around my neck. The rope shut around my throat cutting off my air supply, and with sudden action I sprang upon the man and met him half way with his hand around my throat. He through me over onto the ground with my tongue hanging out. I was suffering with a throbbing tongue and throat. I was very confused with what all of this meant as I was flung into a cagelike crate. All of the joyful barks I had stuck in my throat came out as a savage growl. In the morning four men got me in my crate and put my on a wagon. For two days I didn’t eat nor drink anything. I flung myself into the bars as they laughed at me. I haven’t drinken water in so long, I am suffering with a fever and pain. For two more night I neither ate nor drank. A hurled myself against the bars again as a man smiled coming out with a club and hatchet in hand. A lunged at the man with a club in his and and met it half way getting hit with the club midair. After all the pain I endured I entered the Narwhal meeting François, Curly, and Spitzbergen aka Spitz. I have found that François is a fair man, after hitting Spitz for stealing my food. That is my journey so far.
BUCK- Chapter 1

Dear Diary,
Today I made a deal with some smugglers to sell a dog. I sold Judge Miller's dog, who I work for. I work in his garden. I don't feel that bad for selling Buck, the dog, because I really need the money. I really need to pay my bills, get food for my family and gamble! I know I have a problem, but I know that I'll win one day. I will be rich. Anyway, while I was selling Judge Millers dog, I only got 100 dollars! I should've gotten more. I feel bad for the other smugglers because they got bitten and had to deal with the dog. I'm glad I didn't get attacked. Now that I have my money, I can go gamble! I should go get food for my family, or pay my bills, but maybe with the left over money. I wonder how Buck is doing now. He's probably somewhere interesting now. Oh well. I just hope I don't get caught.
Manuel- Chapter 1

Buck- Chapter 3
Dear Diary,
I’ve been alive for awhile now. I’ve been trying to stay out of fights, but this Spitz dog, he’s pushing the boundaries. We stopped at Lake Labarge, and the conditions there are miserable. We ate in the cold, dark, night, and after I made a nest under a rock, small and snug, just right. I got up to get distributed fish from François, but when I returned I saw something worse than a snail. It was Spitz and he was in my nest! Till now, I’ve avoided trouble, but he really broke the boundaries. Fraçois stopped the trouble and made me hand my nest over, rude. Then, all of a sudden, starving huskies invaded the camp. Billee was crying, Dave and Sol-leks were dripping in blood, Joe was snapping, and Pike the fighter. While everyone was bleeding out or fighting, I felt teeth in my neck and it was Spitz’s teeth, this is war Spitz! By the time the huskies left everyone was injured; Dub had a wounded back leg, Dolly had rabies, Joe stuck with only one eye, and Billee and his ear chewed to ribbons. A few day later, the team and I were chasing a rabbit, but the, Spitz went ahead and got it before us. That was the last straw! We sprung at each other with equal force, and SPitz was hurled over off his feet. Back and forth we were going at each other, until I was able to get Spitz. At this point I was unstoppable. I walked away with triumph! Now I’m the leader, and nothing can stop me!

Francois - Chapter 3
Dear Diary,
Today I saw Buck attack Spitz. Usually Buck isn't the one to start something. Usually it's Spitz. About two seconds later, wild dogs attacked our camp! Perrault and I were trying to stop them. They looked like they were starving. You could see their bones through their skin. They were trying to steal all of our food! The dogs finally got rid of them, but had some injuries. Dub was hurt in the hind leg, Dolly's throat was torn, Joe lost an eye. and Billee's ear was chewed. The dogs were in bad shape, especially Dolly. We had to go. I realized that Buck's feet were too soft for the trail. I sacrificed the top of my shoes to make Buck some until he got better. As we kept going we realized something was wrong with Dolly. She got rabies and started to try and attack Buck. I had to do something! I knew she wasn't going to be much help anymore, so I had to chop her head off. Also Buck killed Spitz. I knew it would happen!

Buck- Chapter 4

Dear Diary,
I have killed my rival, Spitz. Now I am the leader, or so I thought. François and Perrault put or so I thought they put Sol-leks up front as leader! I kept push Sol-leks out of my place, he listens but not François. As soon as I knew it, they took the club out, but I am smarter than they think! Every time they tried throwing the club down, I would mover and dodge the club, again because I’m smart. Soon enough, as expected, they get tired of trying to club me, they gave me my spot back. I licked my team into the team I wanted to see when Spitz was leader. I had the leadership skills to get us where we need. Day by day, I beat the record. But then, François and Perrault, like everyone else, disappeared from my life. They sold us off again, now we we being taken. They killed Dave, we rode passed his body, his howly, whimpering body. We could hear him till we passed the belt of river timber. The whips snapped, we all knew what went down behind the belt of the river trees.
