Chapter One

Lost

Me and my brother Nate are in the jungle. We had decided to dock our pirate ship on the island and take a little walk around to see if we could find food. But of course, that didn't go well. We got lost. Actually, scratch that. We ARE lost. Since I`m the older child I try to stay calm but I can't help panicking a bit. Ok, I`m panicking a LOT. ¨Lacey stop writing in your stupid book and help me find a way to get out of here!¨ Surprisingly, Nate is taking it way calmer than me considering he's the younger one. This is me¨AHHHHHHHH HELP ME! ¨Lacey shut up, we're gonna get outta here¨

¨Oh yeah and how are we gonna do that smarty pants?Huh? ¨¨We will figure out a way¨ Nate said patiently. I sighed but I trusted him. He is my brother after all.

Chapter Two

Saved!

We are still here. We've been wandering around for hours and we just got ourselves more lost. ¨Hey Nate, do you think that we should find a place to sleep?¨ No answer.¨Nate?¨ I call out, cautiously. Suddenly there's a scream up ahead. I start running then stop. That doesn't sound like a scared scream, it sounds more like an excited scream. Like when you're on a rollercoaster and you do a loop the loop. Not that I've ever been on a roller coaster before. Or at least not on that does a loop the loop. Anyways, were off track here.

Chapter Three

Uh Oh

Right in front of us is 6 massive cabins. I open my mouth in astonishment. Nate is already running down the hill.¨Come on!¨ he yells at me. I didn't want to go down there but I had no choice but to follow him.¨Hey wait up!¨ I called a sudden smile spreading across my face. I ran down the hill laughing and yelling at Nate until we reach the bottom. I stood there breathless, gasping and panting. Then I realised that everyone was staring at us. I flushed red and pulled Nate to his feet. ¨Come on let's go¨ I muttered to him, horribly embarrassed. I dragged him to the reception and was about to ask for a place to sleep when I realised that I had no money. Sugar.

Hahaha, get it? Track, roller coaster? Ok never mind. I start running as fast as I can. I spy Nate up ahead. ¨What is it?¨I ask him. Then I look forward. ¨I think we just found a place to sleep¨ said Nate, grinning.
