Mr. and Mrs. Zorlu are so happy when their first child, Eylül, was born.  They become very confused because she is a different girl. At fisrt they ignore this situation, in time they feel disturbed by people who stare at her. Eylül has also strange behaviours that her parents can’t understand and her feelings change very quickly.

Bir psikologdan yardım almak isterler, Eylül’ün otizmli olduğunu ve rehabilitasyon programı uygulanması gerektiğini öğrenirler. Eylül  büyüdükçe halası dışında neredeyse hiç kimseyle konuşmaz, sadece kedisi ile vakit geçirmeye başlar.

They want to get help from a psychologist. They learn that Eylül is an autism child and needs a rehabilitation program. Eylül, who is growing day by day, talks to almost nobody except for her aunt and begins to spending her time with only her cat

Her aunt has to move to İzmir and she insists on going with her. Her parents admit her wish.

One day, her aunt notices that Eylül learns reading and writing by herself although she is only 4. Her aunt makes great effort to support her with a good training, so lots of well-known teachers lectured her.

Sonunda, İzmir’in hava olaylarını kodları kullanarak kontrol etmeye başlar. İlk başta kimse bu değişikliklerden şüphelenmez.

Eylül loves her teacher who gives software lesson and starts to get education, especially in the field of software. Days pass and she improves her coding ability. Eylül improves herself so much that she starts to control the weather condition of İzmir by codes. At first, nobody suspects from these changes.

Eylül is the only person who knows the fact and doesn’t even tell her aunt. Since she came from her hometown, she has missed snowy weather very much, so she often makes it snow and enjoys this white magnificent. People are caught unprepared against snowy weather which is rarely seen in İzmir and it causes many traffic accidents

Eylül is very sad because of these damages which she causes and gives up controlling of the weather condition. After then, her goal is to change the planet that she lives. She works for her goal for months and years. One day people begin to buy fruits on fruits’ leaves instead of plastic bags. One morning, klaxons of cars disappear. She exactly changes the world at the end of thousands small improvements.

She is very happy when her goals come true. She lives in the world which she images anymore. She doesn’t tell anybody that she changed the world. People in the world are familiar to these changes, but people, who moved to the Moon because of pollution before, are surprised for these reforms. Eylül is assigned to tell those people about the new planet and she is so excited.

The world which she creates has both good and bad sides. People are very curious about how these changes come true. Eylül avoids of this question by saying it is unknown. One of visitors asks that where houses are. Beacuse they can see only workplaces on the ground. Eylül says that the houses are built underground and they go there later.

Bu sırada bir kadın çantasından parfümünü çıkarıp sıkacakken, yanında bir robot belirir ve şöyle der;

'Artık burada ozon tabakasına zarar verecek maddeler kullanılmıyor. Şuan sizi uyarıyorum fakat bir daha yaparsanız ceza alırsınız.'

In the meantime, when a woman takes off her perfume from her bag and squeezes it, a robot aproaches her and says: “We do not use items which can damage the ozone layer. Now, this is a warning, but if you ever do it again you will get a punishment.”
