  Jack and Jill, siblings who are fighting with each other, face a problem when the water in their house is cut off. They make a deal with the mayor to work for the community in exchange for water and food. Along the way, they encounter three strangers who turn out to be thieves. With the help of the strangers, they catch the thieves and expose the corrupt mayor. They reunite with their father and rebuild the village.
